Discount RC Hobby Store values your business and strives to provide you with the fastest shipping and lowest rates possible. We offer quality products that are packaged for fast safe deliver to their prescribed destination. The following sections should provide you with the shipping and return information you will require, however, if you have other questions, please call us toll-free at 866-478-7217 or send us an email to customerservice@discountrchobbystore.com. We will get you an answer as soon as possible.
Same-Day Shipping: Most orders for in-stock items received on a business day before 12:00pm CST will be shipped the same day. We strive to keep this commitment but cannot guarantee this as seasonal and daily volumes may delay shipping in some cases. In most cases, all in-stock orders placed before 12:00 CST will be shipped no later than the following business day. If you have an emergency order that must be shipped on the day the order is placed, please call us at 866-478-7217 to confirm.
Your Choice of Carrier: The carrier you choose at checkout will be the agent that delivers your order. However, Discount RC Hobby Store reserves the right to substitute another carrier that might be able to either deliver your order in a more timely manner, or to manage an orders size or volume. An examples would be substituting USPS for Federal Express Ground. Important: For our customers satisfaction, shipping upgrades (Federal Express) will always be delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout.
Alaska & Hawaii: All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, unless upgraded to Federal Express, are delivered via USPS Priority Mail.

Return Policy Radio Products (Defects):
The manufacturers we work with develop products of the highest craftsmanship and quality, however, on occasion, a minor defect may pass through the quality control process. Don’t worry, our manufacturers stand behind their products 100%, and request that you contact them directly with any operational problems. If you receive your radio control product and it appears to be defective, please do not return the product to Discount RC Hobby Store, Or You Will Void the Product's Warranty. Non-Damaged Merchandise Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, once used they can not be returned. For unused products, we will a refund per our return policy for up to 10 days after purchase. To qualify for refund the product must be brand new and unused. Tampering with factory seals or stapling the products original package does not count as unopened!

RETURN POLICY Non-Damaged Merchandise Discount RC Hobby Store has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold. If, for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order they may return it for a full money back refund within 10 days of invoice date. We will charge a restocking fees of 20% and the customer must pay return shipping charges.
The following terms must be met for a full refund;
- All products must not be used and in brand new condition unopened sealed original package. Tampering with factory seals or stapling the products original package does not count as unopened
- You must contact customer service at mailto:customerservice@discountrchobbystore.com and upon approval, a RMA (return material authorization) number will be issued.
CUSTOM PAINTED PRODUCTS
Returns on custom painted products will not be allowed. We custom paint the products for an individual person or company, therefore can not resell it to someone else.
Before you order a custom painted product make sure that you are willing to spend the extra money and time for our hand crafted items.

The customer will be responsible for shipping expenses for the refund. Discount RC Hobby Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after delivery occurs. We cannot be held responsible in the event your package is damaged, stolen or lost after delivery occurs. Packages are usually shipped with a signature requirement.Any product ordered from our company may be returned for a refund for a period of up to 10 days after purchase. Purchase date is the date we shipped the item to you. Items returned must be brand new, complete, and in the retail package with cords still neatly tied, parts still in plastic bags unopened etc. We do not accept returns on items that would appear used and the item must arrive in our warehouse in brand new condition. Our returns facility will determines if the item has been opened or used, such a return would fall outside our returns policy and would not be eligible for refund. Returns with missing parts, missing boxes, not packaged in the original retail box, or that appear to be used are not eligible for return. The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. A 20% restock fee applies to all returns for refund. In addition all original shipping charges paid by our company for your order, even if the item purchased had a free shipping offer at the time it was shipped, will also be subtracted from the refund amount. Our restock fee covers our expenses to process your return. Original shipping charges are not refundable.If you would like to setup a return please Contact Us at customerservice@discountrchobbystore.com and let us know the date of purchase, order number, and reason for the return. We will issue an RMA number and give you instructions for the return. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will be refused unless the Return Merchandise Authorization number that we issue is clearly marked on the shipping label of the return. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer and are not refundable. No returns are accepted after 10 days from purchase.
We will process your request and email you with a return authorization number that you will need to include with your return. Discount RC Hobby Store must then receive the return within 7 business days of the RMA notice. The return authorization is only valid for 7 business days after being issued. · Do not tape or affix notes to the product's packaging. Please place all written correspondence inside the shipping carton. · We do not accept returns of any rechargeable or alkaline batteries · Once we have received your return, please allow 3 business days to complete processing. · IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL NON-DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR RETURNS FACILITY AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

Damaged in Transit Returns:
If you received an order that was damaged in shipping, please contact customer service at 866-478-7217 or email us immediately at customerservice@discountrchobbystore.com. Do not return the item to Discount RC Hobby Store as the shipping carrier must have the opportunity to establish a claim and, possibly, inspect the damaged carton. If the shipping carrier cannot verify that there is a covered loss under the transit insurance because an item has been returned to Discount RC Hobby Store, or its condition of receipt has been compromised, Discount RC Hobby Store reserves the right to deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the product.
DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER! If you do, it may be forwarded to the shipping warehouse or to the manufacturer, not to the returns facility. Accept the order and contact our customer service department via email at customerservice@discountrchobbystore.com. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for all refused or returned deliveries, which will be deducted from your refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO PICK UP AN ITEM FROM THE CARRIER OR TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY ALSO CONSTITUTES REFUSAL OF DELIVERY AS UNCLAIMED/UNDELIVERED ITEMS ARE OFTEN RETURNED TO Discount RC Hobby Store, RESULTING IN AN ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR.
